Interim management has been a real growth area for us in the last 18 months. As the demand for talent accelerates but timings and availability don’t always match the needs of the business, an interim can “plug the gap” for anywhere from 3 to 12 months. Or equally if you have a specific project or fixed term contract that requires an experienced or talent specific individual to handle and allow the rest of the team to focus on everyday business issues, then again an interim may fit the bill.  Our pool of interim managers are high performing, industry-leading middle managers and senior directors who are ready to make an impact. Clients can employ them directly or we can provide payroll facilities if that’s easier.

Our interims specialise in FMCG – especially in National Account Management and National Account Controllers – as well as broader Commercial Sales roles, Marketing, Category Management and Operations. The closer we work with our clients and the more we understand their business and the pressures they can endure – the more we can get involved in other departments such as Supply Chain, Warehousing and Logistics; production – from shift managers to factory managers and procurement and HR – generalist, L&D and transformation.
