The Company:

Our client is a major non-food FMCG company with brands recognised throughout the world and sold in over 95 countries. We sell to a wide range of markets and customers. With some of the most recognised brands in the market, we are experts in delivering category growth for our extensive network of customers primarily within Wholesale & Grocery.  With record sales this March & April, this role is essential to continue our long term growth, how positive is that!

The Opportunity:


  • To train, motivate and direct a sales team of 6 to high performance levels in line with company targets and objectives
  • Development and implementation of a master journey plan/cycle adhering to various duties in line with company policy
  • To prepare & conduct regular individual performance reviews with the team on a three monthly basis.
  • To be responsible for and collate all relevant administration submitted by your team.
  • Achievement of new business targets, plus identification of all non-trading C&C/Wholesale customers within the designated area
  • To use, develop, train and administer correct use of the company management information system BUSINESS OBJECTS to a proficient standard

ØSupport the National Account Manager with various projects when agreed with the GSM

  • To co-ordinate all activities and responsibilities within designated geographical area
  • To formally present promotional plans, sales drives and sales strategies as required





  • Previous strong people management skills, preferably within FMCG
  • Outstanding communicator, who can demonstrate the ability to navigate around the various departments to make things happen
  • An ability to absorb new information quickly & effectively
  • Nimble, creative with a previous track record of success
