Our continued success relies on supporting our customers particularly with our integrated pharmacy specific IT systems. The systems provide customer care through an effective dispensing management and an IT buying system that enables stock control and more profitable buying. Due to continued growth we now require a National Account Manager who will assist and coach a direct team of two as well as working closely with the field sales team.
As National Account Manager, you will drive sales by ensuring that the pharmacy solution best match customer needs. Working closely with the field based teams and national accounts to ensure that the IT systems drive our sales. Be the systems custodian ensuring compliance and long term success. Focus on new members that will add power to our retail offering.
You will manage 2 Office based Account Managers.
Ideal candidates will have a sales management background from pharmacy, pharmacy wholesaling or health and Beauty or a PMR IT sales background. We want a National Account Manager –Key Account Manager who understands the benefits of IT to the pharma sector and can sell these benefits.Have excellent motivational and leadership skills and be able to convert leads into new members. You have the gravitas to influence and guide retailers to long term mutual success.
