The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to our client’s long-term ambitions. We have a portfolio of brands that are category leaders.  Due to organic growth we have created this new role to take responsibility for existing customers including hotel groups, pubs and bars, offices and hospitals.

Managing a team of 4, the Sales Manager Key Accounts is accountable for generating revenue and developing partnerships with all Key Account customers, nationwide, within the Professional Direct Business aiming for retention and sustainable growth. You will be accountable for developing and executing existing account and sales plans to ensure that the Professional sales volume and profitability objectives are met, in line with the direct sales strategy.

 

You:

Ideal candidates, of graduate calibre, will have an FMCG background that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of account management. An ability to manage complex structures and a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment is essential. Previous Out of Home, Food Service, ‘on the go’ experience is a pre-requisite.  Proven people management and leadership is essential. Self-motivated and ambitious individuals will find their commitment rewarded with fantastic career progression opportunities.
