This is the kind of field based opportunity that doesn't come along very often. This is your opportunity to work for a global cosmetics and haircare company with an instantly recognisable on-trend family of brands covering colour cosmetics, retail hair colour, body care and mass fragrance. 

The role is all about maximising space and coverage in-store with independent pharmacies, smaller regional chains and wholesalers - predominantly existing customers but also looking at developing new business opportunities where you see fit. The role draws on a whole host of your skills and abilities in working with the retailer – sales, account management, new business, creative merchandising. So you’re going to need to be well prepared and organised, and confident in the fact that you will be operating remotely to targets and KPI’s.

You’ll need to be a livewire who really enjoys person to person contact, is looking to sell and (over)achieve sales targets, and someone who thrives in this type of super-fast paced environment. We take an open approach as to who fits best in this role - for us its more about the person and the drive/energy you exude!! You can be a fresh graduate with a year in business, a buyer, a retail manager looking to break out of the store environment. Or even from a more general commercial sales orientated environment such as recruitment. In any case, you will be looking for a fresh opportunity to make your mark, be capable and pragmatic and action orientated, and ultimately have a fun, outgoing and articulate character.

We will train and develop you, you just need to have the raw skill and determination, plus passion and enthusiasm for our marketplace and awesome products.
