This role sits within the Warehouse & Distribution Department and focuses on managing a team of 9 – Customer Services Executives (Sales Order Processing) and Warehouse Administrators. As our business continues to grow, this role has been created to help support this growth and to focus on further improving and developing both areas to meet existing and future requirements.
We’re looking for an energetic and charismatic team leader with a balanced coaching style of management. Someone who can guide a team and lead by example, positive and enthusiastic and one who adapts well (and is receptive) to change. We’d also be keen on you instigating some of that change yourself, with fresh ideas and new approaches to delivering on business objectives. Previous experience in a high level supervisory or managerial role is essential but we’re quite open on where that experience is from – FMCG, food/drink, manufacturing or a top quality B2B customer service environment. We’re more interested in the person you are and the skills/abilities you can demonstrate.
Our approach is always a very customer focused one – whether that be in Sales, Marketing, Finance etc and that’s just as relevant in Warehousing. We work together in Kingsland, it’s a real team environment working across all departments to deliver the best customer experience possible.
