Sales Director - Acting as part of the senior management team for the business
Managing a sales team across manufacturing, ingredients and foodservice
Manage senior level relationships within all accounts
Develop sales team to maximise opportunities across all routes to market
Work closely with NPD and category to maximise product portfolio in all accounts
An FMCG background that has provided a classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of modern account management
Extensive experience of working with large UK food manufacturers, foodservice operators and key UK multiple retailers
Strong commercial acumen and excellent understanding of the food import sector
Excellent selling skills, demonstrating the ability to develop and build business
A track record of launching significant NPD and rebranding
Strong people management and development skills
Have the ability and confidence to make sound commercial decisions
