Our client is a state of the art technology business working with customers across retail, hotel, Stadia and leisure market. They have a modern warehouse and logistics operation in Manchester. To continue their expansion:
They are looking for an operations manager who can ensure the efficient workings of the installation engineering and IT teams to maximise customer satisfaction at unit and head office levels.
Have the ability to prioritise work in progress and “fire fighting” issues while supporting on-site and external engineers.
Ensure the warehouse is geared to provide efficient bundle preparation including stock management and goods in and out.
Develop process that increases operational efficiency
You must be able to maintain a close working relationship with logistics and sales.
Mange the vehicle fleet including maintenance, mots and ensuring they are updated to be fit for purpose
Manage the Health and Safety actions and policy
Will have a Hands on approach with proven management skills
Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach
Computer literate, with an interest in technology
Be able to work on own initiative
