We currently have a successful export / international business and are looking to build on our success to date.
Reporting to the Sales Director we are looking for an outstanding Export Account Manager to support our long term expansion plans.
The role is to develop a business plan and sales strategy that will deliver both profit and growth across a range of Worldwide retailers agents and distributors. Developing the account portfolio and generating new business. Your focus will be focus on North America and Northern Europe with a junior direct report managing other regions.
Your KPI’s will include developing sales targets and joint marketing strategies, driving sales and managing the trade promotional spend for each market.
Ideal candidates will be from an FMCG – food or drink background with current experience of working with European, or North American retailers, agents and distributors. A CAN DO attitude is essential. Your careers will have provided you with a classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of export account management / distributor management. However most importantly you must possess the entrepreneurial attitude that can drive this business forward backed up with a passion for quality food.
