We are seeking a talented and ambitious professional with a proven ability to make things happen and also to unlock potential opportunity. This is a pivotal national account management role at the heart of our award winning and innovative company.
Reporting to the National Account Controller, you will help develop a business plan and sales strategy that will deliver both profit and growth for a significant part of our business. You will develop relationships cross functionally, driving sales, ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy as well as leading JBP discussions and negotiations. In addition you will work with annual promotional plans.
Of graduate calibre with an FMCG background in sales and/or NPD/product development. Your FMCG background will have provided you with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of account management. An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential. You will be an action orientated, self starting and passionate individual who is happy to roll your sleeves up and work as part of a dynamic and ambitious team.
