The Opportunity:


  • Joining a thriving sales team based from great offices in central Reading
  • Identifying and targeting new business prospects through self-generation and warm leads fed through the marketing team
  • Dealing with any and all incoming sales enquiries and maximising opportunities
  • Thorough fact-finding to identify clients’ needs, requirements and/or pains
  • This is an extremely solution/service led sell – dealing with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Selling software-as-a-service to SME clients across verticals
  • Managing your own pipeline through networking, referrals and research
  • Training provided on an on-going basis to ensure your success within the role and company




  • Hungry, ambitious and sales driven – not afraid to create targets/account plans and win new business
  • Experience in selling over the phone is essential
  • A demonstrable track record in achieving and exceeding targets
  • You are career-minded and look for the long-term opportunity to progress and develop professionally
  • You have a proactive, positive mindset and thrive in a meritocratic environment where you can demonstrate your passion and determination for selling a fantastic product
