Basic salary to £25,000 + bonus + car + benefits.

This is an opportunity to join a major non foods Company whose brands are recognised throughout the UK. In return for your enthusiasm and drive for success they will provide a level of sales training second to none. They will help to develop the skills, knowledge and attitude necessary to sell. You will be trained in merchandising techniques to ensure continuous availability of their products.

You will focus on increasing sales, distribution and display of brands within a range of outlets, managing a field sales territory that will provide significant profit to our client.  Customers will include grocery retailers, independents and cash & carries.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role will involve a mixture of both current customer development and new business development. You will manage all promotional activity within a range of Cash & Carries and their key independent customers. 

Ideal candidates will be of graduate calibre, looking for their first or second sales role. You may currently be working in field sales, field marketing, or could be a fresh graduate with some sales experience. You must have a real passion for sales and an ability to influence at a variety of levels. An understanding of FMCG backed with strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
