Reporting to the Head of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of our sales organisation, through developing and activating a sales strategy, to world class status through true leadership, capability development and strong sales focus at both strategic and tactical levels to develop business to a mutual advantage.

These exciting growth plans have led to a number of internal promotions and a need to further strengthen our senior management team.

Managing a team of 9 sales people who call on a range of outlets increasing volume, distribution and instore impact, you will provide leadership, training and commercial guidance to both experienced and new salespeople.

Ideal candidates will have benefitted from classical sales training from a recognised FMCG company. You will be able to demonstrate sales training ability and the coaching and mentoring skills needed to add value to your team. You will see this role as part of a career plan that will demonstrate the ambition our client is seeking.
