We are the UK division of a truly international company. The UK division is a fast growing dynamic force and have a number of instantly recognised brands. The company is going through an exciting growth phase and this has resulted in the need to recruit a National Account Manager based in the South East.
In this high profile role you will be working with two of the major multiple groups. The accounts are established but will require careful and persistent development to realise their full sales potential. By speaking to all decision makers within the buying process the job holder will need to understand the needs of the business and how to meet these in all areas of sales, pricing, promotion and category development. You will be responsible for developing the sector strategy in conjunction with the General Sales Manager, negotiating all trading terms and have the ability to create profitable yet attractive proposals.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager you will possess the gravitas and commercial acumen to work as his number two and be seen as the senior National Account Manager
We are looking for a professional and hungry National Account Manager or Executive who has the drive, energy and enthusiasm to make things happen. We are looking for an individual with a proven ability to form strong relationships with the key retailers, and the commercial skills to do so profitably. You may currently be managing a major multiple or could be managing accounts such as Wilkinson’s, Waitrose or the Co-op
