THE ROLE:

Manage a successful marketing team providing coaching, guidance and direction through use of regular KPIs.

You will have the opportunity to develop the marketing strategy with key stakeholders  and manage the implementation of B2B marketing campaigns (both on and offline) through your team.

Create integrated marketing campaigns that support the business units in delivering new business and retention targets.

Translate business strategy into innovative and high impact communications plans and campaigns that positively influence the intended audiences and result in measurable business benefit.

Manage outside agencies.

Ensure that the marketing budget is used effectively and generates the targeted rate of return in terms of customer revenue.

ABOUT YOU:

You'll be bright, articulate and of graduate calibre and have an IDM/CIM qualification. In addition you will have strong experience in digital marketing, CRM, event management and communications.  You will be able to demonstrate commercial marketing skills from a B2B or B2C environment with the persuasive skills and gravitas that demands respect Possessing strong man management skills as well as the ability to understand the complexities of a regulated product range.
